If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, please reach out and let us know what we can do to help. 

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:

  • We cannot accept exchanges or refunds due to change of heart or sizing reasons. To ensure your happiness, please double check the style and refer to the size charts located in the description for each item.
  • If you have not received your package but the official tracking information states that it was delivered, please follow up with the carrier. We cannot claim responsibility for packages that are lost or removed after that point.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please fill out the contact form for us to review. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of product arrival in order to be considered.
  • Any products shipped back to us without notice will not be eligible for refund.
